G.V.Rama Krishna, was a visiting professor at Texas A & M
University College, USA, in 1987. During 1996, he had been a

Our Power plant was commissioned in 2003 while the MSW
processing plant had started in 1999. During this period between
1999 to 2003, Dr. Rama Krishna took up the mammoth task of
marketing RDF in the industry as a coal substitute. His
intensive efforts resulted in quite a few industries losing the
initial stigma to use the fuel and finally realizing the
economic benefits associated with the usage of RDF. Local
textile mills and mainly the cement industry has shown great
demand for RDF. Our tie up with Grasim industries may spark a
new revolution in the country in this regard.
